Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Conceptual Minds (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to every visitor, registered user, and paying subscriber. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these terms with them.

We offer a free plan and paid plans (Premium, Institutional). Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be honoured at their current price for the remainder of their billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of a charge. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.

All notes, flashcards, tests, illustrations, and instructional material on the Service are the property of Conceptual Minds or our licensors. They are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study only.

You may not republish, scrape, resell, or distribute Service content. Personal screenshots for study notes are fine.

Anything you create on the Service — personal notes, custom decks, submitted answers — belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You can export or delete your content at any time. Deletion is permanent within 30 days.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or sell access to it
• Use automated tools to scrape or download Service content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or security controls
• Upload malware, spam, or material that infringes others' rights
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Some Service features (auto-generated flashcards, summaries, explanations) use AI models. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You're expected to verify important information against authoritative sources before relying on it for exams or assessments.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that should reasonably survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes, scores, admissions, or career results. Conceptual Minds is a study tool, not a guarantee of performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conceptual Minds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-product or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
